Abstract

Nanospray ionization is currently the gold-standard method for native MS. However, nanospray can be challenging and many laboratories are not equipped for nanospray. Here, we test the hypothesis that proteins can maintain native conformations using commercial microspray and high-flow electrospray (AJS) nebulizer.
