Frances has 15+ years of experience in a unique blend of roles that span Research & Development, Business Development and Applications in high-throughput separations and mass spectrometry.  She has a passion for process and growing teams to succeed.  As the Senior Director of Market Development and Applications, she will lead MOBILion’s applications expansion strategy through new market opportunity assessments driven by customer needs.
