Greg Kilby, PhD

Dr Kilby is an Analytical Chemist and Manager with over 2 decades of experience managing scientists in Industry and Pharma/Biopharma and applying advanced separations and mass spectrometry analytical platforms to answer challenging biological questions.

Dr. Kilby is currently an Associate Director, Biopharma R&D Analytical Sciences at AstraZeneca, leading a team supporting analytical development for multiple novel modality biopharmaceutical drug candidates from clinical development through registration.

Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Dr. Kilby has a broad range of experience and has held a variety of positions with responsibilities ranging from CMC analytical development & characterization, business development, marketing, operations, laboratory management and life sciences applications development at GlaxoSmithKline [Scientific Leader], Protea Biosciences [VP & COO], Thermo Fisher Scientific [Director], Agilent Technologies, Inc. [Manager] and at Pfizer Global R&D, Inc. [Research Associate].
