Abstract
The MOBIE system provides a high resolution alternative dimension of separation that can replace lengthy, complex LC separations to simplify workflows.The addition of MOBIE HRIM to LC workflows allows the use of a 7-minute RPLC with HRIM separation and the elimination of a 2D normal phase separation (e.g., HILIC followed by RPLC) that may take up to 180 minutes or more.
