This study addresses the challenges of PFAS compounds and cannabinoid isomers using LC, HRIM, and QTOF approaches for deeper sample characterization. Collision Cross Section (CCS) serves as a unique identifier for known and unknown compounds in complex mixtures. The combination of ion mobility and mass spectrometry aids in the classification and prioritization of unknowns in diverse samples.
