Abstract
Ion mobility mass spectrometry is particularly beneficial to identify changes in tertiary and quaternary structure, such as the role of metals and drug candidates in stabilizing SOD 1 variants We introduce native IM MS methods using several commercially available sources and extend the upper m/z limit for commercial SLIM.
