Ed Cywinski

Ed’s professional foundation and extensive knowledge of GAAP is built on his years of substantive and internal control audit experience at a Big 4 accounting firm. His audit experience has provided him with the tools necessary to understand complex client issues and challenges in order to bring about resolution. He has several years of experience dealing with all aspects of SEC reporting both with established public registrants and those in a pre-IPO environment. This experience includes drafting of initial registration statements, debt offering memorandums, SEC comment letter responses, Section 16 filings, as well as the compilation and filing of annual and quarterly reports. Ed has the ability to quickly understand the tasks at hand which allows him to fully leverage his experience for the benefit of his clients. He also prides himself on forming lasting professional relationships built on trust, work ethic and subject matter expertise.
